Frequently asked questions about pricing
Are there really no successful-match fees?
You can continue with only the monthly fee. There are no additional charges at the time of marriage and graduation from the service.
What are the fees if I withdraw mid-term?
You may notify us of withdrawal at any time. The cancellation fee for mid-term cancellation will not exceed the upper limit set by Article 49 of the Act on Specified Commercial Transactions.
I live in Korea — how does payment work?
Credit-card payment is available. Charges are denominated in Japanese yen and converted at the exchange rate set by your card issuer.
How many introductions can I receive per month?
We carefully introduce up to 5 candidates per month per member.
Can I change my plan?
During your active period, you may upgrade from Standard to Elite. Switches are processed on a monthly basis, and the price difference will be charged.
Is payment in a single installment, or can I pay in installments?
At enrollment, you pay the enrollment fee plus the first month by credit card or PayPay. From the following month onward, payments are automatically charged each month to your registered card. For installment plans, please use the function provided by your credit-card company.
