02 Online Meeting

Online meeting (free)

A one-on-one Zoom meeting with your concierge. Share your preferences, current situation — anything you would like.

Duration: About 60 minutes
Tool used: Zoom (URL sent by email)
Languages supported: Japanese, Korean, English
Cost: Free

03 Registration

Enrollment, document submission & contract

If you decide to enroll, we proceed to document submission and contract signing. The statutory documents (summary statement and contract) are always issued before and at signing.

Duration: Typically 2–4 weeks to prepare documents
Required documents: · Certificate of single status (original / within 3 months)
· Copy of ID (driver's license, passport, etc.)
· Resident certificate (original / within 3 months)
· Income certificate (male members)
· Highest academic certificate (associate degree or higher)
· Professional license (for licensed professions)
· Profile photo
Payment: Enrollment fee + first month (credit card / PayPay). See Pricing for full details.
Statutory document issuance: A summary statement is issued before signing and a contract statement at signing (Article 42 of the Specified Commercial Transactions Act).
Cooling-off period: You may cancel without cause in writing within 8 days of receiving the contract document. See Specified Commercial Transactions Act notice for full early-termination terms.

04 Matching

Matchmaking & introductions

View partner profiles on the members-only page. Contact your concierge if someone interests you. Matchmaking meetings are conducted online.

Number of introductions: We carefully introduce up to 5 matches per month (Pricing).
Matchmaking format: Online meeting via Zoom — your concierge handles scheduling
Interpretation support: Korean-speaking staff can join meetings (no extra charge)
Contact exchange: With mutual consent, exchange contacts via LINE / KakaoTalk / WhatsApp

05 Relationship

Start dating → Successful match

Build your relationship at your own pace. Your dedicated concierge is always available for advice during dating.

Typical dating period: Varies by individual (a few weeks to several months)
Support during dating: Reach your dedicated concierge anytime (evenings OK)
Definition of a successful match: A "successful match" is reached when both parties agree to engagement, after which activity ends.
Successful-match fee: ¥0 (Pricing)

06 After Support

After-care support

For 6 months after a successful match, we provide free consultations on various procedures and referrals to specialists, including overseas relocation support.

After 6 months: We will notify you separately (continuation is not required).
