- At enrollment, you pay the enrollment fee and the first month's membership fee. From the following month onward, payments are automatically charged each month to your registered card.
- Service start timing
- Once the contract is concluded, we send the member-site login details by email the same day so that you can begin your activities immediately.
- Withdrawal & cancellation of application
You may notify us of withdrawal at any time. The cancellation fee for mid-term cancellation will not exceed the upper limit set by Article 49 of the Act on Specified Commercial Transactions. For details, please see the supplementary notes at the bottom of this page.
- Additional fees
- Communication charges, costs related to device use, international remittance fees, currency-exchange fees, and similar costs are borne by the customer.
- System requirements
- Online interviews are conducted via Zoom. Please prepare the latest browser or Zoom client, a stable internet connection, and a camera and microphone.

Cooling-off period
Members may cancel unconditionally in writing within 8 days from the later of (i) receipt of the contract or (ii) receipt of the summary document.
Mid-term cancellation
Members may cancel at any time. The cancellation fee will not exceed the statutory cap (Article 49 of the Specified Commercial Transactions Act).
Contract period and auto-renewal
Monthly fees are auto-charged to the registered card. Unless the member opts out by the day before the next billing date, the contract auto-renews.
