Cards are charged automatically each month. Bank transfer is available only to residents outside Korea.

Cards are charged automatically each month. To stop renewal, complete the request by the day before the next charge. We do not provide bank-transfer instructions to residents of Korea.

Successful-match fee is ¥0. 6 months of free follow-up after exit.
At enrollment, pay the enrollment fee and first month's membership fee. Card payments renew automatically from the following month. Bank transfer is available only to residents of Japan and other countries and must be completed by the specified due date.
Frequently asked questions about pricing
Is there really no successful-match fee?
There is no successful-match fee. You pay the enrollment fee and first month’s fee upon joining, followed by monthly membership fees. No additional successful-match fee is due when you leave after finding your partner.
What fees apply if I leave during my membership?
You may request cancellation at any time. Cancellation charges will not exceed the limits prescribed by Article 49 of Japan’s Act on Specified Commercial Transactions.
How do I pay if I live in South Korea?
You can pay by credit card. Charges are denominated in Japanese yen and converted at the exchange rate set by your card issuer.
How many introductions can I receive each month?
We carefully select up to three introductions per member each month as a guideline.
Can I change my plan?
During your membership, you can request a change from Standard to Elite. Changes take effect on a monthly basis, and the price difference will be charged.
When is payment due, and are installments available?
The enrollment fee and first month’s fee are due upon joining. Pay by credit card, or by bank transfer if you live in Japan or another eligible region. Residents of South Korea pay by credit card. Subsequent monthly fees are charged automatically to your registered card. Please ask your card issuer about installment options.
